Wildlife and Climate Change

On February 23, discover how our wild animals are learning to move with the climate.

Weather patterns are becoming more extreme and unpredictable, and all plants and animals are being challenged to adapt to these new conditions. Hear the latest reports from two wildlife specialists. Melissa Laplante and Lisa Solomon, Management Biologists with the Ministry of Natural Resources & Forestry, will talk about changing population dynamics under a warming climate with a focus on deer and wild turkeys.

Thursday, February 23 from 7 to 9 pm at the Huntington Veterans Community Hall, 11379 Highway 62, in Ivanhoe.
